RPPN Parque Levantina Management Plan

Preparation of the Management Plan for the Private Natural Heritage Reserve (RPPN) Parque Levantina, located in Monte Verde, Camanducaia-MG. The RPPN was created through the Ordinance of the State Forestry Institute (IEF) on January 19, 2023. The reserve is owned by Companhia Melhoramentos de São Paulo and Melhoramentos de São Paulo ARBOR, and covers approximately 2,209.57 hectares of Atlantic Forest.

The RPPN houses endangered species and has as its main objective the conservation of biodiversity, at the same time enabling the practice of adventure tourism, the promotion of environmental education and the conduct of scientific research.

The project was developed in partnership with Natureza Urbana.
